Moon on the Lake is a table crafted using the traditional casting techniques of Takaoka City in Toyama Prefecture, Japan. It employs an intuitive and sculptural approach in its production. The bronze legs of this table are based on a distorted thick ellipse, featuring organically connected openings. The tabletop is crafted from Hokkaido-sourced ash and oak wood, available in both round and oval shapes. Particularly in the oval type, the assembly involves offsetting the tabletop relative to the central axis of the legs, introducing a new dynamic to the living space.
