ALMa Design Studio’s Caballo Ornament brings the expressive Pre-Columbian Mexican forms into dialogue with contemporary design. Layers of contrasting glaze overlap across its exaggerated silhouette, shifting between smooth refinement and rough, weathered texture. The ornament holds past and present in playful tension, allowing tradition to become something vividly new.
